TAHSIN RIFAE

Born and raised in Aleppo - Syria, Tahsin started his career as a computer engineer and traveled to work in Kuwait & UAE for 26 years before landing in the beautiful city of Luxembourg where he started his second chapter in life to do what he always liked "Cooking".

Equipped with good experience in engineering, business development, and customer success, Tahsin added to his experience his passion to cook after his mother, trying to bring authentic Syrian and in particular the famous Aleppian cuisine to Luxembourg's diverse society 

Being a Chef was a dream that came true for Tahsin in Luxembourg, where all aspects gathered to make it work.

Taza Food SARL-S started as the world started emerging out of the pandemic crisis with a simple food trailer but with big dreams and aspirations to become a destination for food enthusiasts and anyone who wants to try the Syrian/Aleppian food
